Anonymous Learning Environment Reporting Tool (ALERT)
ALERT is intended for use by students in the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (UCCOM) and for visiting students doing clinical rotations through departments within UCCOM. Students may report negative behaviors of experienced mistreatment. Incidents submitted through ALERT will be anonymous. Note however, that if you choose to remain anonymous, the UCCOM administration is limited in its ability to investigate and respond. The preference is for all reports to include contact information such that additional information may be obtained if necessary.
